Step 1. Customer account
In order to place an order, it is necessary that you create a customer account or fill in the purchase order form.

Please click the button My account, followed by the button Register and fill in the compulsory fields. If you already have an account, insert the email address and password by using the button My account, from the top right side of website.
The account helps that you have permanent access to the status and history of your orders.
Step 2. Selection/Addition of products
When the product is in stock (the symbol of shopping cart is green), the product can be added to the shopping list and is visible in the bottom right side of website.
Depending on the quantity available displayed on the product page, you can eliminate/add the products, by using the buttons – and +. When the desired products were added to the shopping cart, please press the blue button Buy, then the basket page, after the revision of products, press Finalize order.
Step 3. Registration of order
The registration of order is done by completing 3 simple steps → Delivery Method → Payment Method → Final revision. You can choose according to your preferences: home delivery by courier or collection of products from the Pro Natura from Otopeni.
For home delivery, you have to add the address if it is not already on the list or you can select from the list by the button Choose, if you have placed orders on this website before.

You have to add an invoicing address. The invoice is issued automatically by the system and the data must be accurate and complete. Attention! If you want an invoice on legal person, you have to check Legal person and fill in the fiscal code of the company and the data are self-completed later. Please view carefully the products added to the shopping cart, the delivery/invoicing data, the processing and delivery deadlines and mentions about the availability of products before you finalize payment.

→Click the button Place order in order to be directed to the secured payment page.
Step 4. Finalization of payment
The finalization of payment is carried out by adding the correct data of your credit card on the secured page of the payment processor. Fill in carefully the card data, then press the button Authorise in order to authorise the transaction by the system 3D Secure. → Insert the password 3DSecure received by SMS or established with the issuing bank of the card and press the button Submit.
Congratulations, the order was registered and you can monitor it in the section Orders from your account! The notices are sent to the email address, please check also the spam folder.
Attention! If the payment was not made, and the order did not enter the stage ”Approved Payment” and it is only Registered in system, it will not be processed.
The order with non-finalized payment is registered in section Orders from customer account and can be paid only in the first 24 hours, by using the button Retry payment from the history of orders, which is in Invoicing Information under the form ”The order is not paid”. In order to retry payment, click ”Retry payment”. If the payment is not completed, after 24 hours from registration, in this section, you will find the following notice ”The order cannot be paid because more than 24 hours have passed from its placement” and you have to place a new order.
